This free psychology seminar will explore the aspects of a healthy personality and what are the factors, conditions and behaviors of positive mental health. We will also explore the aspects of negative mental health including depression, anxiety and chronic stress. The seminar will start with a powerpoint presentation on what mental health is and how to improve it. We will explore brain development, prosocial behaviors, and the role of emotions to understand the environment we found ourselves in. The seminar is free and open to the public. After the seminar powerpoint presentation, there will be a discussion in English as well as a question and answer session. People will be free to express their opinions and share their views on mental health and happiness. Please join us.
